What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Given this time of Covid uncertainly, we want to offer a generous cancellation policy so you could register early with confidence!

You may cancel with a refund through October 1, 2022.

To request a meal/package cancellation, email Valerie Munoz, Event Registrar, at 2022thePowerofRotary@rotary5160.org with the following information:

• Names of those canceling;
• Meals/packages to cancel; and
• Contact information/phone number
• Hotel reservations must be made and/or canceled through the hotel and are subject to hotel policies.
